Dada ... such a sweetie .. mummie melted :)

What to ask more from a hubby ... on his precious weekend (instead of sleeping) he went ALL OUT to made us a healthy & sumptious meal ... while teaching Maria his recipe sumore. Earlier, while me taking an afternoon nap with Kiersten, dada thought Maria 'How-to-use' his Rainbow to vacuum clean the house + sanitizing it sumore :P
Damn versatile right?!

Ok ... this may look bleak ... but if you are as lucky as us getting to try it ... you will LUV IT! The zangy taste of lemon, fresh burst of dory flesh, and a whole platter of healthy, fresh greens ... HMMMMMmmmmmmmmm .... Memang SEDAP!

This is baked with lots of herbs + Korean 'choy sum' (dun ask me ?why? 'Korean' so high crass ... i was jus told to eat :P)
Fried mushroom ... Maria's contribution ... but then it was too late for us to realised ... the 'tangkai' was chopped! She dunno mar ... she thought this is supppose to be treated as 'shitake' also :P

Baked cheese + Herbs fish for Kiersten ... specially for her dinnner ... yum ... yum ... She LUV IT!
