Daily Grind

My daily grind starts at 645am ... making my in-famous "to school lunch-box" for Kiersten & Christian. Since it is the most important meal of the day, it has to start off right! I refused to give them just the mundane biscuits, bread with jam / peanut butter, buns, etc to school.

And it is always good to know they are LOVING IT!

• Scrambled Eggs + Milk + Cheese
• Homemade Croutons + Olive oil (fresh from the oven)
• Chicken Cocktail Sausages

OUR 9th Anniversary

Looking back 9 years, it zoomed pass like a 'wink'.
It all started with just us and now we are blessed with two little monsters.
